Error on trying to run my local host on Apache server with wampserver or xampp -- need help...

After installing wampserver or xampp on my local pc (Vista service pack2) I get the following error when I try to go to http://localhost/phpmyadmin/, I also get the following error with http://localhost/sqlitemanager/

Any idea on how to fix this?

Try to use a port no. say.......    http://localhost:81/phpmyadmin

For the local host I get the welcome page that it of IIS 7.

Is it possible that I get some conflicting issue since I have installed visual web studio express on my pc?

"localHost" is not set up to establish a connection on port"hosts2-ns" with this computer.
