good program to make genealogy diagram

Experts,
I have a list of about 400 ancestors of mine and I was wondering if there is a program (for the PC) to make a good diagram of them.  What I was hoping for is something that has an increasing number of lines going downward(or to the right), where the height of the line above the bottom (or from the left)is the year, or something like that.

Thank you

Thanks, I just looked at it.  I only speak English.  Is that going to be a problem?

You'd need a genealogy program to start off with.

Get the LDS (Mormon) church PAF program http://download.cnet.com/Personal-Ancestral-File/3000-20414_4-14899.html or go to http://www.familysearch.org/eng/home/welcome/pafdownload.asp for other versions.

PAF can export the data to other genealogy applications (most genealogy applications can export as well) but PAF is free.  Most genealogy applications can do printouts but the layout you're asking for may be unique.  Check what PAF has to offer, if nothing is of interest then check out other genealogy apps and export from PAF.
