Recover Vm from Crashed ESX

Hello,
I have 2 ESX 3.5 svr , not in HA mode with a shared SAN
one of the ESX crashed out and is not accessible.
How do I recover the VM from crashed ESX to the working ESX.

Go to the working ESX host.  Browse the datastore to the virtual machine folder.  Find the .vmx file and rick click "register virtual machine"

Before you do this if using vCenter take the VM and remove from inventory (don't delete).
