Troubleshooting SCECLI 1202 Events Step 4 - SBS 2003

http://support.microsoft.com/kb/324383
I am getting to step four, but after running the cmd
c:\>find /i “my account in question” %SYSTEMROOT%\security\templates\policies\gpt*.*
I get a pop up stating windows cannot find c:\>find.

I do a manual search in %SYSTEMROOT%\security\templates\policies\gpt*.* and see a few files and when I open the first, I am able to search and find the user in question, but something isn't right with the first part of this string. Any ideas?

Thanks!

Please type in your run-window CMD and press enter
In the upcoming DOS-Box type
find /i “my account in question” %SYSTEMROOT%\security\templates\policies\gpt*.*

Hi,

try to use

c:\find /i “my account in question” %SYSTEMROOT%\security\templates\policies\gpt*.*

See, there's no ">" included!
