centralised Outlook email signatures

Hello experts - can anyone recommend a good method to centrally manage Outlook email signatures.

Environment is SBS 2003 and Outlook 2010 with several laptops that seldom visit head office.

Looked at Simprex but it relies on logon scripts and this won't work with the remote laptops

Have you thought about creating signatures via transport rules in exchange 2010?  You can create custom signatures for all your employees and set filters to when to apply them.

The following link provides instructions on how to set these up.

Sorry about the delay in responding.

Looks good but we are stuck using Exchange 2003 for the next couple of years
