FTP IIS 6 550 access denied error

Hi,
I have an IIS 6 ftp server on win 2K3 server. It had been running up until last week without issues. A recent antivirus install (Sophos) on our ftp, most likely,  server caused the fto settings to be reset to default values. I have since got most of the site up and running. My issue is that I am able to view files, create folders, upload without issues but I am not able to download files. Any time I try to download i get the 550 error attached. Please advise.

-- I am logging in as a specific windows users (not anonymous).
-- I 've verified that my user has full control on the folders specified.

Did you check the permissions in IIS manager? The FTP Site as well as each ftp folder can be set up with different permissions. Right click the Site or folder and select properties, look at the appropriate tab (under Site it is the Home Directory Tab, under a folder it is the Virtual Directory tab) then you can set up "Read" and "Write" permissions seperately. It is possible that "Read" is not allowed. Right click and select permissions and make sure the users have the appropriate permissions there also.

Good Luck
