X400 protocol cant be created automatically when creating AD account

am using MS exchange 2003, outlook 2007 client environment. recently I wanted to add another AD user, I create amail box on the server, the account's mail box is created and the SMTP protocol in the email adress in the account properties also appears. Before I had problems, two protocols could automatically appear i.e the SMTP and X400 but but recently I created an acount and the X400 protocol could not  be created automatically in the email addresses of the account properties.
I cant log on using the account

When you say it could not be created automatically, did it give you an error?

This certainly shouldn't stop the user from being able to logon.

eventually I could log on using the users account but as am configuring her mails an error that the name  cannot be matched to a name in the address list.

when I try to put the exchange server IP and the username, an error resolved the mane cant be resolved, the name  cannot be matched to a name in the address list.

This has nothing to do with the X400 address.

In the Exchange System Manager, under recipients, can you right click both and select rebuild.  Then try adding the user in Outlook again.

right click both Recipient Update Services (one by one) and select rebuild.
