ODBC connection to remote server

I have two domains in two seperate locations. A Domain trust exists between both Domains.
To meet reporting requirements I would like to create an ODBC connection from a Server in domain1 to a server in domain 2.
Is this possible - and if so how?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Please try to connect both server from another location.
If connected then no issue
If not then please check remote connection is enabled, Firewall settings, Protocols are enabled
