how to setup Outlook Web Access,

I have a new exchange running on windows sbs 2008, everything is working fine. but i need to setup the Outlook Web Access.

After a bit of research I had to go to IIS and then OWA ..... but I cant find it,

Please if i can have any guide how to set it up.

I can access owa internaly but I want to access the owa from outside, and in IIS I cant find owa to view the properties of it.
