SMTP incoming traffic issues

Hi

Am in major need of some help please.

Have just started looking at a network for a new support client of mine.  Their BT 2wire router failed over the weekend,
I have a new BT 2wire router in place and have configured it to the spec suggested in their network documentation.
All appears to be working apart from incoming SMTP traffic.

I have configured the router to allow traffic inbound to the static public ip address 213.123.193.194 (webmail.farleaze.com)

But SMTP traffic is still being blocked.
I've probably missed out a whole load of information but have most details to hand if needed.

Any help would be appreciated.

Many Thanks

You will also need to configure the NAT on the router to forward all traffic arrives on port 25 to your mail server. It may also be called "Port Forwarding"

Had just thought of this actually, sorted the NAT settings and SMTP is now routing.

Client confirming receipt of email.
