Installing McAfee Virus Scan 8.8 on Server 2003

I am trying to install Virus Scan 8.8 on one of my domain controllers and have run into issues doing the install through EPO and manually. The log from EPO gives the following error

when I do the install manually i get the following error:

Error 1923. Service McAfee Task Manager (McTaskManager) could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to install system services.

This error occurs when the install is trying to install the new services.

yes I saw that as well. I was hoping to find a way to resolve this issue without restarting the server as I have a number of users accessing data on the server so I wont be able to reboot it till tonight.
