Hi ,
i am using citrix and i publish application for remote users.
but some numbers of my remote users reported to me when they run application for citrix.
For example notepad. They cant type using their keyboard. And when they type L, it will log out their citrix. I think L is LogOut. But i do not understand why they cant type in the letters into notepad. And why it works as a shortcut (L > LogOut).
How do i resolve this?

what do you mean by user's keyboard settings? sorry, i dont or almost never check this kind of things, so i dun know where should i start to check.
