IPAD email setup

I'm trying to setup an email account on an IPAD for a client but for some reason I get unable to connect or unable to verify every time I try. I can set up my account on the IPAD and it'll work. We have the same basic server setup at our respective offices. Microsoft Exchange 2007, SSL, etc. There must be some difference but I haven't been able to find it. Can anyone help me? It doesn't matter if I use POP3/IMAP/ Active sync.

Also this client has a Droid Smartphone linked to his email account using Active Sync so I know that is working.

Thanks a lot I Spent 3 hours screwing with it in their office and I take it to mine and it syncs to his account right away. I would have never found that.
