Hi, DMiles-1.

Is she trying to create an appointment from scratch or by clicking on a link?

From scratch.  Sometimes, she can try to open an existing one and gets the error.

Is she using a custom Outlook form or the default form?

Then Outlook must be damaged in a way I'm not familiar with.  IE has nothing to do with creating appointments unless the user is clicking on a link that creates the appointment or the user is using a custom Outlook form that is using IE for something.

We have many other users with the same setup who don't have this issue.  I think I will try clearing her forms cache while I wait for other thoughts here.

Thanks BlueDevilFan

If that doesn't work, then you might consider creating a new Outlook profile for her.  That cures an amazing number of problems.

That it does as I have done it many times.  I was trying to avoid that because she supports and is delegate for two Execs and has multiple mailboxes and calendars.  I was making that 2nd to last resort, last resort being recreating her Windows profile.
