Exchange Routing help

I have a sbs 2008 box with exchange loaded on it. The actual role of mail server is passed off onto another box that is remote, and completely separate from our internal items. MX records point to it and all that is good.

The mail server is managed by cpanel login.

I have RPC over http setup, some I setup new outlook clients as "Internet mail" to point to mail.serverdomain.net

All that works great. I can email them from my domain, and so can other users.

The problem is 95% of the office is where the exchange box is located. There's about 3 users outside of this office.

They get email all day long from everyone outside the office. Internal email stays on the exchange though. I believe it's a problem with users on the exchange sending mail, and exchange going "HEY THAT USER IS HERE!" so it never goes out to the actual mail server.

Right now they use outlook for their mail needs, and check OWA.serverdomain.net/exchange to get the internal email.

How do I set the exchange routing to push the email out to the mail server? User generated image
