You have to enable Wireless LAN Service in services mmc to allow it.

Enter Administrative tools - Services
Look for Wireless LAN Service and left click in it - select properties - Startup Type chosse Automatic - Pussh Start Button.

Wlan autoconfig has already started but still doesn't work
Ok, then you have added the feature for wireless, and the wlan autoconfig service is running.

Have you tried to view in Control Panel - Netowork and Internet - Network connections if you can see the wireless adapter. Maybe it is disable. If it is enabled, please run in a prompt windows (cmd)

netsh wlan show interfaces

netsh wlan show profiles

and comment the results.
