Is it possible to force SharePoint Designer 2010 to use ASP.net forms when SharePoint server/enterprise is installed?

When using SharePoint Designer 2010 with SharePoint foundation the workflow forms are based on ASP.net.
When using SharePoint Designer 2010 with SharePoint Server or Enterprise the workflow forms are based on InfoPath.
Is it possible to force the workflow forms to be based on ASP.net when running with SharePoint 2010 Server or Enterprise?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

The only way you could do this is by a custom Visual Studio solution.  There you have the option to create custom Workflow Initiation pages and such when creating Visual Studio workflows.  There isn't any way to simply switch out-of-the-box workflows or SharePoint Designer workflows.
