WDTV options

I just purchased WDTV and updated the firmware on it and got the following options:

AccuWeather
Deezer
Facebook
Flickr
Flingo
Live365
MediaFly
Pandora
TuneIN
YouTube Videos

I wanted to know how I can use this for my I.T. job.  Meaning does anything use this as training for Technology, if so, how?  What are my options and how is everyone using this?  Also would like to someone use this for my 3 year old boy who appears to like educational programming.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

If you mean the Western Digital WDTV, you might find more info at http://wdtvhd.com - I see they have a tutorials section there.

The Internet options added by the firmware at the end of last year really only add services that are already available via PC's.  The WDTV interface to view most of the services is a little clunky.
Depending on where you are you'll have different content available.  Most of the video media is either public broadcast or sample clips - there is some educational stuff on there (but also Simpsons etc)  The radio streaming is also good with selection by genre. Despite all of that I rarely use the box for anything other than upscaling video to HDTV.
