can't find old pst file to import

I just upgraded my computer to Windows 7.  I am trying to look for my old pst file in windows.old file that windows 7 creates.

When I get to the outlook folder, I can't find a pst file.  Am I looking in the wrong place?

What operating system did you have before?
Did you change the location of your pst file before you upgraded to somewhere other than the default location?
oops i was looking in the wrong folder
If it Outlook 2010, it wants to create PST files in a new location:  Documents\Outlook Files.  Take a look there and see if that may have happened. ... Thinkpads_User
I forgot to select Local Settings.  I skipped that folder and went to another application data folder.

Thanks guys!
