Exchange 2010 OWA throws error when clicking

I have an Exchange 2010 SP1 installation, and when any user goes into OWA they receive the following error:

"An unexpected error occurred and your request couldn't be handled"

This happens whenever clicking any of the following OWA objects:
Any folder within the mailbox
The Options dropdown button
The Find Someone search box
The "Refresh" button that Checks for New Messages
The Delete, Move, Filter, View buttons
Clicking New will open a new window to write a new message
Within the Calendar, the View buttons do not function

If I manually navigate to the /ecp Control Panel I have no issues.  Outlook Anywhere, ActiveSync, etc all work fine.  Just seems to be within OWA.

I've already applied RU2 and ultimately RU3v3.  I've double checked vDir permissions, redirect, etc in IIS against other Exchange 2010 installations and cannot locate the cause of the issue.

I've turned up diagnostic logging and still nothing relevant.  IIS logs show nothing out of the ordinary either.  Exchange BPA... nothing.  I've also recreated the OWA vDir from the Exchange Console.

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
