Unable to uninstall CA iGateway from Server *Urgent*

I am trying to uninstall CA iGateway from a SBS 2003 but experiencing the following message.

THis is preventing me from installing Trend Security Suite!

"The iGateway can not uninstall because the following components are still using the iGateway :
- iSponsor(s) defined in Copy (2) of Spin.conf Copy of Spin.conf Error_Spin.conf
Please remove the above components before uninstalling  the iGateway again."

Previously i had searched unsuccessfully for a manual uninstall method for CA iGateway.   Perhaps someone else can locate something ... hopefully however, that last link will suffice.

I bit the bullet and reimaged.

Had a lot of other issues with this WinXP image so was burning too much support time troubleshooting.
