Exhcange 2010 Replication Warning Event ID 10036

I am receiving the following error on all my Exchange servers.  Some much more freuqent that others.  Anyone know why this is occuring?  

Continuous replication block mode is unable to keep up with the data generation rate. Block mode has been suspended, and file mode has been resumed.  

Database:
IoDepth: 3145680
IoLatencyInMsec: 358

Make sure your WAN connection is okay.. This may be because of slow WAN connection. and make sure to configure the lagged database copy.

The two servers are located at the same site.

Have to accept my own comment since nobody suggested this could be SAN related.
