CPU, MEM & Network monitoring.

EE!

I need some help with the following. I need a script that will monitor the following:
CPU
Memory
Network
(2003 servers en 2008 servers)

The monitor has to write to a file (new day, new file, interval 5  sec)
Example:
Date                                CPU        MEM             Bandwith
10-10-10_08:00:00         80%       55%             77%
10-10-10_08:00:15         81%       54%             66%

I tried the MS tools but it din't work for me. So who can help me out?

Thanks a lot!

I would like a fire and forget script. I don't need realtime fancy stuff, just a histrory.
Like I said. Googleing around on EE and looking at all kinds of monitoring dint't work for me.
Thanks for your reply.

Simplify Active Directory Administration

Administration of Active Directory does not have to be hard.  Too often what should be a simple task is made more difficult than it needs to be.The solution?  Hyena from SystemTools Software.  With ease-of-use as well as powerful importing and bulk updating capabilities.

I prefer VB or Powershell with a csv output and no MS counters.
