Exchange 2007 SP2 SCR Failover

When I do a controlled failover of my Exchange 2007 SCR Mailboxes the database or log files must be removed prior to initiating the seeding operation when I run Update-StorageGroupCopy  to start seeding for all my storage groups.  I am looking into ; Automatic seeding   An automatic seed produces a copy of a storage group's database on the SCR target. Automatic seeding requires that the first log file generated by the storage group be available on the SCR source. Can someone explain how automatic seeding works ?

Yes this artical http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb738131(EXCHG.80).aspx is exactly why I open this question on EE. It does not explain automatic seeding at all.

Are you looking for nitty gritty detail on how it functions, or a high-level explanation?

Just a standard procedure like a powershell command for automatic seeding would be nice to find, why would they mention it if they don't have procedure , it has to exist somewhere., just can't find it?

I think the answere may be adding a command to get all SG and delete files at target.
