Hi, I have a user who is unable to open Power Point files through the Citrix web interface. When she opens the ppt file her session hangs. This happens only with ppt files. She can open word or excel files. The ppt file is only 90kb and I can open the file no problem on my Citrix profile. I reset her Citrix profile and the issue still persist. Please help.
