Cannot print Office documents when the item is typed in Calibri

I have terminal server 2008, and it is using Office 2010, Anything I try to print that was typed in Calibri comes out on the page as blank.  The preview shows the text but the finished sheet is blank.  Signatures, and headers show up but not the body of email, word doc, or excel sheet using the Calibri font.

Is the calbri font installed on the computer?  This might be the problem.  What type of printer driver are you using?  PCL or postscript?

What if you save the file as an XML and then print it.

Try Tahoma -- it is rather similar, but older, so maybe the printer can use it.

Other fonts work and if this was internal issue only I would just change the default font for all users but the problem comes when some one sends an email from outside the company it is in the calibri font. That email will be printed as a blank page.

Was able to finally resolve issue by changing output font on the printer to courier.
