How do I recover a document from a print queue?

I have a document that is visible in the print queue of a network printer. It failed to print and I am unable to get the print job to restart or resume. I was printing the document from IE 9. Both the local PC, and the networked PC that is hosting the shared printer are running Windows 7. The printer is a Canon Inkjet iP2600, shared on a local network. Is there a way to recover the document or print it? I need this doc because the website I printed from only allows me to print one time. This document is worth real money to me.

I tried the same thing as the web page that nobus linked to. Unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I think the document was visible in the print spool dialogue, but, since it had no text in the "status" field, the document was not actually in the queue. When I checked the PC that was connected to the shared printer, the document had not actually reached the the queue on that computer. As I believe there is no viable solution to this issue, I'm closing the question and splitting the points. Thanks
