Silverlight Windows7 IE9

This is my problem.  I am using Windows7 (no that is not the problem), to access a website.  This website is within the company I work for.  From my desktop, using IE9 I cannot get the right version of the current build to get loaded.  I can access a remote computer which also has Windows7 and IE9.  From the remote computer I can get the right version to show/load using IE9.  I have compared and set the same IE9 Internet browser settings on my desktop IE9.  Still I do not get the right version.  The only thing I have not done is to reboot.
So, my question is; what has to change or what else can I check on my desktop IE9 to make it work like the remote Windows7 IE9?

ve30fa, but it works on another Windows7 IE9.  And the Silverlight version is the same; Microsoft Silverlight
Version: 4.0.60129.0

Might a re-installation of the browser work?

The attached file may shed light on what is "NOT" happening.  I need to know where this change needs to happen.  I am not familiar with Silverlight, what is happen is that IE9 is not listed as a compatible browser. Build-Version-load---Fiddler2-an.doc

The solution was to uncheck the Perserve Favorites Website Data at the Tools/Deleting Browser History.
