outlook 2002 turn off 'drag a column header' dialogue

How can I turn off the "Drag a column header here to group by that column" dialogue above the 'subject' header, see included image. Outlook example of 'Drag a column header'

    Right-click on a field heading (like From, Subject, etc.) and then uncheck Group By Box.

    ^ I meant unselect, not uncheck...
