If you are sending a bunch of new emails then you can start via a Template.
Simply cook up a new email - with the settings you want and save-as .OFT

When you open this Template, you start with the pre-prepared new email.

Very handy for common tasks like company broadcasts, weekly updates etc.

If you are using Outlook 2010, there is a new feature called Quick Steps that will also facilitate this process.

Go to Home tab > Quick Steps section. Choose the lower (of the two) down arrow buttons > New Quick StepNew E-mail To... > name the Quick Step in the Name field > fill in the email addresses of the people you wish to send the email to in the To... field > click Finish when you're done.

The new Quick Step will appear in the top of the Quick Steps list, and once you click on it, a new email will appear with all of the email addresses (that you filled in earlier) in it.

What does it mean to be "Always On"?

Is your cloud always on? With an Always On cloud you won't have to worry about downtime for maintenance or software application code updates, ensuring that your bottom line isn't affected.

If this is a form-letter, then it may be worth looking into that side of things.

Search Outlook help for "Mail Merge"

Use mail merge* in Word* to create a document or e-mail message addressed to Accounts or Business Contacts

<<i want to " save " the setting " reply to" so i wont have to do it for each one of the emails i send out.>>

To set the Reply To to automatically be configured on an email account, go to Tools > E-mail Accounts... > View or change existing e-mail accounts > choose the email account in question from the list > Change... button > More Settings... button > put the email address that should always be replied to in the Reply E-mail field > OK.
