I'm stepping into a migration that was begun by somebody already.  SBS2008 is installed on the new hardware and was made a domain controller but has not yet been promote as the primary domain controller.

The main item is getting the exchange server 2007 portion migrated and working on the new server.  Some migration may have been done already.

I'm a newbie to SBS 2008 and Exchange 2007 so any advice or tips... or better yet step by step guide would be greatly appreciated.
