Print only a part of slide

I am designing a 36" X 34" poster as a single PowerPoint slide.
Please tell me know I can print only a specific section of the poster that fits on an A4 sheet, without reducing its dimensions.

    Check the Link below, it is a Poster Printing utility (you can also search the web for other similar products):

    Another option would be to use cut out the section you want to fit to an A4 page from the original file, paste that into a graphical editor, save that as file 1 and print that part out, then repeat this for the other sections.
