WSUS replica to standalone

We are using wsus ver. 3.2.  we wanted are replicat server to be the standalone as the upstream is for decommisioning already.  How will i do this?

    To convert a WSUS 3 server from a replica to an autonomous downstream
    server, or a standalone master server,
    you simply need to uncheck the box "This server is a replica of the
    upstream server" on the Options | Update Source dialog.
