user not receiving forward mails from one specific mail id.

Hi, we have configured auto forward to user from mailbox A to Mailbox B. User receiving all the mails from Mailbox A to Mailbox B. Only one specific mail alert id mails not forwarding to user mailbox B.

Please help t resolve. No rule enabled and nothing configured for this user.

ENV : Exchange 2007 & Outlook 2010.

Issue resolved, Reason blocked - server is in test environment so disabled in firwall not to send any mail out of domain.
is this email's destination address is emailA or a distribution list?

destination is email B, we enabled forward option from email to email B
