Running MS Access 2010 on Sharepoint

I was wondering if it is possible to run MS Access as a published product on Sharepoint? The reason for this is I currently have set up a Access database and am looking for the simplest way of publishing it without the whole program itself.

Another way is to package it with MS runtime and create an installer.

Any help appreciated

Thank you

    Accepted Solution

SharePoint 2010 has a new (improved) feature called Access Services.  It will allow you to view/manipulate Access data in the browser.
