BE2010 and Windows 2008 Ent R2 VMware Guest

getting the following error when backing up a vmware guest server on vmware esxi 4:

i cant see anything online which is causing this problem....

    Are you trying to back this up as a VM using the Bexec VMware agent?

    This uses the snapshot facility and this can clash with the Ms VSS writer

    fixed by excluding the DFS roots
