Hi.

Ive made some roommailboxes for our konferencerooms. The calendars in these mailboxes has to be shared, so that everyone can see which meetings are planned in the konferencerooms. To do this, I will log in to the account and then manually (in outlook) share the calendar.

But isnt there a way to do this without login? I was thinking that it might be possible to do in the exchange management console?
