Hi Experts

Not sure why the following if formula is not giving the correct answer:
Formula:-
=A3/IF(ISERR(FIND("contractor",K3)),7,8)

The return I want is if the resource type in cell K3 is contractor then "divide" the total hrs in cell A3 by 8, otherwise divide by 7.

Perhaps it's just that FIND is case sensitive:

=A3/IF(ISERR(SEARCH("contractor",K3)),7,8)
