Okay i was able to create a good image but the image never picks up the added languages i define in office 2010 and also the screen saver .scr that i install and place in the windows/system32 folder. Please help. Again i copy all files from the admin profile that i use to configure the settings into the default folder (i unhide all files and OS file) What do i need to do different? again its just the Office 2010 added languages and the installed screen saver .src that i place in system32 folder. thank you.

If you want to configure a default profile for a Windows 7 image then you'll need to create an unattend.xml answer file. There is a setting in there that will copy the configured profile to the default profile. Windows 7 is different from XP as you cannot copy the files/folders from the configured profile to the default profile.

Here is a good article regarding Windows 7 sysprep. It should put you on the right track. I hope this helps.
