WordPress Post Checkbox leading to Enquiry Form

I am developing a wordpress based site where on the posts I provide information on services offered. I want the site user to be able to check a box in multiple posts and then process to an enquiry form where this is partially completed and indicates which posts they were interested in. I can't seem to find any information on how this can be achieved.

A similar situation might be a shopping cart where the user would add products and the enter the payments stage where all the products would be listed with the user only needing to complete name and address. I have looked at various shopping carts but as all I require is as above, they are over kill. Ideas links etc. would be appreciated.

I think you will need to hire a freelancer for this.  It is no easy task.
