My question might be stupid, but I was wondering:  Should the Microsoft SBS 2008 Reliability and Performance Monitor be running all of the time?  OR should you only run it when you want to collect performance data for diagnostics?  Thanks!

There's no need to run it unless you're currently troubleshooting the server's performance or creating a baseline (via logging) for future troubleshooting efforts.
