He has had a couple of temp profile issues, on and off, but they are normally resolved after a reboot. Guess we'll have to delete and recreat the profile! Thanks!

I have a user (Windows 7, x32) who is creating folders and shortcuts on his desktop. He has had no problems until recently when he creates shortcuts or folders on the desktop, they immediately don't work or aren't accessible. I checked security on the folders and it shows nothing (not even creator / owner rights). If I add the user and give him full rights, everthing is fine, but anything new he creates is worthless.
