Exchange setup on Iphone4

I had exchange working on my Iphone for a week.  Now I can't the any email.
I keep getting " Unable to verify account information"

I checked and OWA from the inside and the outside is working correctly.

Have you changed password or anything on the Server recently?

I had similar problems with my users iphones, sometimes switch off/on resolved it and sometimes I need to reconfigure the whole Exchange account. In one occassion, I need to do a Reset Network Settings on the phone (I can assure you that doing a reset network setting will NOT remove any of your existing stuff).


I will try that first.  How do I do a network reset?


I reset the network settings on the Iphone, Still getting   " Unable to verify account information"

Nothing was changed on the server.

From my experience you may need to disable SSL and Form base authentication - not 100% sure if that is critical but there was what I did to my network and it works. You probably need to consult with other experts to see if that's the case, and of course the risk you are exposing yourself in.
