Vmware SRM and MS Sql 2008 Std. licensing

I am looking into setting up SRM in my Vmware Vcenter environment and I have a question about the licensing for the SQL 2008 DB.  How many user\device CALS would I normally need for SRM?  I suspect an most 5 would be needed but I just want to make sure.

    Sounds about right. Only service account needs access to it
