Hi Experts,
We have a user that somehow deleted a duplicate appointment from his Outlook Calendar on his blackberry.  In return it sent out a message to all of the other attendees and the organizer that the meeting was cancelled.  Ever heard of anything like this?  I went to other attendees in the office and they all received the cancellation message but they all still have the meeting request on their Outlook Calendars.

If you are selecting cancel option, if will sent the cancellation request. Next time just delete the duplicate email and check why duplicate messages are coming. If it has different message ID's, then check the rules or check below article.

I don't know what Cancel option you are referring to but he said he deleted the entry from his calendar.  Does a person who was invited to a meeting have the ability to choose from to cancel???

Oh my mistake, so it is deleted by user. Can you repeat the same test. Send meeting invite and ask him to delete it. See what happens.
