Please make sure that hardware inventory client is enable, enabled the Power Management Client Agent.

if you enable enabled the Power Management Client Agent, hardware inventory client will enable automaticly.

Power Management will only report data once a day. It summarizes the WMI raw data daily at midnight, and then the summarized data is collected daily (or whenever hardware inventory is collected after the summarization process). If the system is not running at midnight, summarization will occur soon after the client starts up

the Hardware Inventory is enabled and has a simple schedule of run every 7 days, is this correct?
The Max custom MIF file size is set to  250KB and on the MIF collection tab neither of  the boxes are ticked.

Please change the schedule value to 1 day for testing to make sure that ConfigMgr collect the required result, then configure it back for 7 days.

additionaly please go to any client machine - > Control panel -> ConfigMgr applet -> actions and and refresh policy by clicking in intiate.

Send pwrmgmt.log from client please
