How can I develop a report of which computers are being updated by Microsoft Forefront, the last time they have updated, etc.?

I have Microsoft Forefront running on a Server 2003 server. The client connector is installed on around 20 Windows XP and Windows 7.

How can I develop this sort of report?

I don't have a current version of Forefront, but if memory serves, it uses SQL as its back end database.  Can you not create your own reports in SQL?

Yes, I'm sure that I would be able to create my own reports in SQL.

The problem is I don't know much about SQL and was hoping that someone can tell me how to generate such reports.

Does anyone have a more detailed answer as to how this can be done?
