exchange 2010 mailbox move issue

Can anyone help me with this error message.    please

Issue is, I moved a user for a 2003 exchange box to exchange 2010. now that user is unable to open their email from the outlook client and OWA.  When looking at the store, exchange 2010 shows it as a new email box, but it also shows that is it still on the exchange 2003 store.  I get the below message when i try to move it again.

yes.

I also have other users on that store and they are fine.

If you create a new test mailbox in that store, can you open it?

How big is the mailbox? It might still be moving, in which case you won't be able to access it until it finishes.

Try get-MoveRequest or Get-moveRequestStatistics as per: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876924.aspx

to see if the mailbox is still moving...
