How can I print a list of table (or form) fields with all their properties in access 2010?

I'm trying to figure out a way to print a listing of all the properties set in fields in my access 2010 tables and forms as a way to keep a record of the vba code and field properties i've set -- for use as I make some changes in table structures.  I need to delete several fields temporarily to import some records and then i'll put those back and don't want to have to reconstruct the code and properties.
