HP Proliant ML 370 G5 Server with 2008 std edtn OS

Dear Experts,

I have HP Proliant ML 370 G5 Server with 2008 std edtn OS.
with Dual port 10 K SAS 146 GB HDD X 4 in RAID 5
OS and Data is on this RAID
How can I protect RAID in case of failure
I also want to increase capacity of this server to store more data.
Please advice

    Add another drive as hot spare... and to increase capacity, check your previous question.
